Sigh, 10 years... that's a long relationship.... Iswara has been really faithful. Never failed me before... not even once... Hmmm Maybe he throw some tantrums once in a while, like refusing to start, because I forgot to add battery water after driving for almost 1.5 years. (Thank you Eng Hai and Yeap Gay for helping me push and jump start the car at Jalan Alor while on my way to work in 1999!)
Iswara has faithfully taken me to all the places that I ever wanted to go, but the furthest I have taken him is to Seremban to visit my friend's new bungalow and her baby boy at Seremban 2. So you see, his milleage is pretty low. I take good care of him, and he takes better care of me.. That's our relationship.. :)
Yeah, I don't bathe him as often as I should but hey, that's probably why his red coat is still so shiny and new. You know how Protons get those "bullet" marks, and blister-like spots after some time, but my baby's skin is still as smooth as a baby! Well, scratches are inevitable wear and tear as I didn't have indoor car park until 5 years ago.
Well, it's almost time for the final goodbye. Iswara, I hope you will be treated well, if not better, by your new owner.
Will I ever see you again ... ????
