New Tyres again

700+ for 4 new falken tyres....

alignment still not quite right though.

Tyre guy says i dont pump air often enough or check pressure often enough... Should be once a week...

Is he crazy? How would I know how to check.... ? What should the PSI be? How much air is enough air? Will I pump too much and explode my tyres?
